Yesterday a new Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force "class" came out (the new "Comm" Elite Gear). Billybob describes these classes as: "a special job that an agent can unlock". He also says there are some big things in-store for these classes, check it out.
The details as of right now for the update in store for the EPF is "Top Secret". All the info given was that a lot of important events are coming up including hints to Herbert's location! Lastly Billybob says to "keep an eye out for anything unusual"!
I've got a little theory here, these classes seem to me like they'd be used for something (i.e something in a new mission, to find Herbert, etc.) and like Billybob stated in his post a class is a special job that an agent can unlock. Well since there are two classes left to be launched, my guess is once they are out we will use the Elite Gear in a PSA-like Mission involving Herbert (or for some kind of "special job").
